We want all our products to go to a happy home!

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Below is an outline of our standard Returns Policy but if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase please get in touch with us at hello@paperscissorscloth.co.nz so we can work it through with you.

 

Fabric, Elastic + Drawstring

Anything that is cut to your specifications cannot routinely be exchanged due to a change of mind. In order to minimise the chance of this happening we strongly encourage you to:

  • Purchase samples. We try our best to take accurate shots but we all know there is nothing like seeing and feeling fabric in real life.
  • Read our fabric descriptions and check out the links to our Pinterest inspiration boards. We are always evolving our library of pattern recommendations and fashion inspiration to help guide you and ensure the fabric or yarn you have selected is right for the project you have in mind.
  • Chat to us before you buy. If you are unsure about anything please get in touch via email at hello@paperscissorscloth.co.nz so we can help you out. We are here for you!

 

Haberdashery

We don’t want our products sitting unused so if you are not happy with your haberdashery purchase you may contact us to return these items for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery in as new condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase. To start this process please first email us at hello@paperscissorscloth.co.nz. If your return is accepted you will be required to post it back to us (at your cost) in Otautahi Christchurch. We will not accept items that are returned without first contacting us for a return confirmation.

 

Damages + Issues

We are pretty picky here at P.S.C but we are still human so please thoroughly inspect your purchase on arrival to ensure there are no damages. If there are any issues with your order please get in touch with us immediately at hello@paperscissorscloth.co.nz so we can work together to rectify them. For damages we will offer exchange, store credit or a refund. Refunds are completed on the original payment method and you will be advised when this is done. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
