Shipping within New Zealand

RATES:

  • Fabric Samples only - FREE SHIPPING
  • $7 flat rate for orders under $20 ($12 for rural delivery)
  • $12 flat rate for orders between $20–$149 ($17 for rural delivery)
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150

* Please note rural delivery will incur an additional $5 fee on all orders except samples and orders valued over $150. If your address is rural then please select the RURAL shipping option at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to have orders processed and sent within 1-2 working days, not including weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 5 working days from the shipping date for your order to arrive and an additional 1-3 working days for rural delivery.*

All orders are shipped tracked via NZPost standard service and do not require a signature for delivery. If you would prefer to sign for your parcel please make a note of this in the 'Order special instructions' box in your cart.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We are not a brick and mortar shop...yet. Until then we offer free local pickup for our ÅŒtautahi Christchurch based posse. Pease get in touch at hello@paperscissorscloth.co.nz if you wish to take advantage of this option.

 

Shipping to Australia

RATES:

  • Fabric Samples only - FREE SHIPPING
  • $25 flat rate shipping for all orders

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to have orders processed and sent within 1-2 working days, not including weekends and public holidays. Please allow 10-15 working days from the shipping date (up to 3 weeks) for your order to arrive.*

Fabric Samples which qualify for free shipping are sent via NZPost Economy Semi-tracked. This means they can be tracked up to the point of arrival in Australia but beyond this will not be scanned and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

All other orders are sent via NZPost Economy Tracked. This means the order will be tracked end to end, receiving tracking events all the way through to delivery to the destination address.

Wholesale Shipping

We currently ship wholesale orders within New Zealand and to Australia. Please be aware that heavier packages over 2kg may incur additional fees. At this time we are unable to quote overweight shipping fees at checkout. We will be in touch once we receive your order if there is a difference owing.
