I am a simple and smooth 2 hole shirt button made from 100% corozo nut. My classic style and neutral colour is the perfect compliment to a variety of fabrics.
Did you know, corozo is made of very dense organic fibres which results in excellent durability and scratch resistance? And I’m dyed with eco-friendly dyes and a unique colour fixation system which makes me resistant to vapour and washing.
I’m also biodegradable. So overall, I’m a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic or synthetic resin buttons - plus I look and feel damn good!

Why I'm Better
Corozo is a plant-based material derived from the nuts of the Tagua Palm of equatorial Central America. They can only be harvested once the nuts rippen and fall naturally to the ground, otherwise they are not suitable for use, meaning the rainforest is not harmed in the process. Corozo fibre is porous so it takes extremely well to low impact dyes. Naturally tough and biodegradeable, it is aptly referred to as 'vegetable ivory'.
