DARCY COAT | PDF Pattern

The Darcy Coat is an elegant and comfortable coat that is designed for throwing over any outfit. The overall fit is very oversized and roomy, with volume added to the pattern through a dropped shoulder, deep armholes, wide sleeves and a wide main body.

The pattern offers several design options including welt or patch pockets, fully lined or unlined, sleeve tab, topstitching details, optional belt and shoulder pads. With these features you can truly customise this coat to create a garment to fit your style and skill level.

*Updated to include two length options, an additional pocket style with the gusset pocket hack and a more squared off collar option.

This pattern is available in size range UK 4 - 28.

Recommended Fabric: Suitable for a wide range of fabrics; for winter options choose mid to heavy weight fabrics like wool, or waxed cotton and for warmer weather choose heavy linens, hemps or cottons and leave it unlined.
