I am a classic style 4 hole button made from 100% corozo nut with a rounded, raised edge and a semi-matte finish.
Did you know, corozo is made of very dense organic fibres which results in excellent durability and scratch resistance? And I'm dyed with environmentally friendly dyes and a unique colour fixation system to make me resistant to vapour and washing.
I'm also biodegradable. So overall I'm a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic or synthetic resin buttons - plus, I look and feel damn good!
Attach me to your dresses, skirts, pants, blazers, jackets and coats for that perfect natural and refined finishing touch.
Available in 20mm or 25mm diameter. Priced per button.
Also available in black, pecan, shell
Certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.
Manufactured in Turkey / Designed in Denmark.
Why I'm Better
Why I'm Better
Corozo is a plant-based material derived from the nuts of the Tagua Palm of equatorial Central America. They can only be harvested once the nuts rippen and fall naturally to the ground, otherwise they are not suitable for use, meaning the rainforest is not harmed in the process. Corozo fibre is porous so it takes extremely well to low impact dyes. Naturally tough and biodegradeable, it is aptly referred to as 'vegetable ivory'.
