I am a midweight 100% organic cotton jersey with a bold horizontal blue and ecru stripe. I'm soft to the touch but have a weighty hand and I'm fully opaque. I’m casual enough for the beach but dress me up with jeans, a blazer and heels and I’m ready for cocktails in the city. As with most of my knit friends my stretch is 100% 'au naturale’ so please don’t over stretch me.

I’d make an excellent classic short or long sleeve tee and my slightly heavier weight makes me suitable for bottom weight options such as knit dresses or light summer shorts. I’m pretty cool.

Need a side of matching THREAD with that?

Need a little INSPO for your sewjo?

We do our best to give you an accurate snap of our beautiful fabric and yarn but we know (from experience) that screen displays can be misleading and nothing beats seeing and feeling it in person. This is why we offer samples for purchase, so you can feel confident in your choices.

Why I'm Better

Organic Cotton is a more sustainable and ethical alternative to conventional cotton. It is grown without pesticides from non-genetically modified seeds, it requires less water and avoids harmful chemicals increasing soil fertility. This not only benefits the land but worker's health improves in turn benefiting the larger community. And organisations like GOTS have taken a holistic approach to improve all stages of producing organic textiles.
